Listed as SG F39. Although overprinted "REVENUE" this stamp was postally

used in Dec 1900.

Stanley Gibbons notes:- It was not intended that stamps overprinted Revenue

should be used for postal purposes but an abiguity in regulations permitted such

usage until all postal fiscal stamps were invalidated for postal purposes on 30 November 1900".

This stamp was postally used just a few days before this deadline. Rare thus.
